Beautiful golden colour wine with aromas of white nougat, lemongrass panna cotta, candied ginger, and dried mango. It is lusciously sweet, with hard-to-believe fresh acidity that beautifully balances the natural sweetness of the wine. Very long aftertaste with ginger-like spiciness. This is the kind of wine that will only get better with age. We expect this wine to have a very long, 30+ year, life ahead.
