Pale lemon yellow colour. Its aroma carries the notes of aromatic grapes, while the volcanic terroir appears in a floral complexity of elderflower and linden blossom. The palate is light and smooth, with balanced freshness and moderation. On the finish, fresh grapes, citrus, and elderflower emerge. A light and lively wine, with enticing aromatics and soft minerality.
