Medium straw-yellow colour. The nose shows saline and mineral notes, with the volcanic terroir showing in a complex of flint and linden blossom. Deep, layered structure, balanced and harmonious with moderate acidity on the palate. Alongside cypress, quince, pear, and gooseberry also appear on the palate. Medium-bodied, with an oily texture and a long finish.
The wine won Grand Gold medal at the Berliner Wein Trophy and Gold at Mundus Vini wine competition.
